The CORPORATE EXPERIENCE is ideal for Grand Openings, Conferences and Seminars, Retreats, Launch Parties and any Corporate Gala imaginable.
With up to 5 face-to-face meetings including employee committee and executive meetings, we will provide strategic project management and production design in concepts, theme, color scheme and style development. As your project managers, we will assist your team in the following areas:

KJE personnel will be on hand hours before the gala to supervise every aspect of the event details. We will oversee budget management if requested, in tracking vendor payments, balances and due dates. Vendor recommendations and bookings from our preferred vendor list as well as confirmations, follow-ups and contract negotiations are included. Assistance with venue recommendations and sourcing for up to 3 venues of your choice. Schedule and attend vendor appointments and employee committee meetings as needed; An Event Table Prototype will be provided if decor is purchased or rented through KJE upon request. A comprehensive event logistics itinerary and program will be developed and provided to all parties involved in order to ensure a smooth transition of your company's vision into a reality. A typed guest list in alphabetical order by first names (with last names following) as well as a separate guest list by table assignments if applicable is requested from the client no later than 3 weeks prior to your event to ensure your invited guests are properly taken care of upon their arrival. Please provide a list of any vendors booked outside of The KJ Experience at this time as well for our staff to confirm their services, balances and delivery times. A final meeting with company representatives will take place up to one month prior to the event to go over scheduling details. In addition to day-of coverage, a consultant will be available 24 hours prior to the affair for any inquiries that may arise in last minute details. Consistent event consulting and support via phone, text, email, FaceTime or Tango will also be available for a designated company representative.
An initial consultation will be scheduled to discuss event logistics to ensure quality service. Our Corporate Experiences are intricately designed to surpass our clients expectations and maximize shareholder value. The KJ Experience Event Planning & Production (KJE) standard practices on the day of your event are as follows: Manage the flow of events and ambiance in addition to coordinating the production and execution of the design concept. Serve as liaison between vendor/client relationships as well as handle emergency situations that may arise as quickly and efficiently as possible without interrupting the days’ proceedings. As point of contact for vendors, site personnel and VIP guests, oversee set ups and deliveries in addition to coordinating with venue staff and catering to guarantee the timeline and clients wishes are executed flawlessly. Work in conjunction with photographers, media outlets and entertainment vendors for branding and advertising opportunities. Make certain the guests are properly greeted, seated and enjoying themselves but most importantly, ensuring your companies wishes are carried out the way you’ve envisioned to set your corporate event apart from the rest.
